POLAK worktops are made of wood. Wood is a natural material, and therefore slight warping of the worktops may occur due to changes in temperature or humidity, even though special care is taken with their surface treatment.
Show moreHigh-quality, dimensionally stable worktop made of layered and bonded steamed beech veneer. The surface is subsequently sanded and treated with a linseed oil solution with additives. The dimensional stability of the worktop is ensured at a relative air humidity of 50–60%. Wooden worktops must not come into direct contact with water and are intended exclusively for indoor use. The colour tone of the worktops may vary slightly depending on the timber used.
